My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and FSU, but the noise from neighboring guests was a drawback. The rooms were a disappointment with cleanliness issues and a foul odor, although the beds were comfortable. The dining experience included false promises and was not as expected. The service was okay but lacked that personal touch.
